Design And Implementation Of Campus Network Fault Detection And Diagnosis System

With the development of society,the progress of the times,the network technology is a change rapidly speed in development,the network structure of campus network is becoming more and more complex and heterogeneous,which causes great difficulties to detect faults in campus network,so the network campus network fault automatic detection and diagnosis has been put on the campus network management schedule.A set of intelligent campus network fault detection and diagnosis system can help network managers to find the network fault in time,and reduce the influence of the network fault on the office,teaching and scientific research.In the premise of the paper in the full understanding of domestic and foreign university campus network fault characteristics,combined with our school campus network environment,a set of suitable for campus network fault detection and diagnosis system design and implementation.The research work mainly includes several aspects:(1)research and analysis of the status quo of domestic and foreign university campus network and some existing problems,combined with some methods and techniques of campus network fault detection and diagnosis of the existing of SNMP(SimpleNetworkManagementProtocol,simple network management protocol)the feasibility and superiority of application in fault detection and diagnosis system in campus network.(2)to investigate the present situation of campus network in our school,summarize the characteristics of campus network,design and implement a set of dynamic data polling system.(3)study and implement the combination of fault alarm system and alarm platform,so that the network administrator can receive the alarm information through a variety of ways when the network fault occurs.At the same time,for the first time,WeChat alarm platform is introduced to the fault alarm system.
