This Thesis is supported by the project of Science and Technology Department of Sichuan Province whose name is key technologies and application demonstration of urban green lighting energy-saving system(No.2016GZ0312).With the rapid development of urban modernization and the gradual expansion of the city,the scale of the urban intelligent lighting system is gradually increasing.The city intelligent lighting system’s huge energy consumption is raising more and more concern.The existing city intelligent lighting system has malpractice including inaccurate control and problem dealing with abnormal weather or other extreme defects.In the meanwhile,the present situation of not taking road situation into consideration results in serious waste of electric energy.With the development of new LED lighting technology,combined with the current situation of city control of intelligent lighting system,it is of great significance to introduce new lighting technology research and design a new type of energy-saving intelligent city lighting system.Based on above considerations,this thesis focuses on the following aspects:Firstly,the whole software system was designed.Including system monitoring,system switch light operation,system operation during dimming operation,switching lights during the operation of the program,the operation of system for abnormal weather response and fault judgment,etc.Secondly,the illumination fuzzy controller and the traffic flow fuzzy controller were designed,which were responsible for the operation of the system during the period of switching lights and the period of system operation.In the process of the design of the illumination fuzzy controller,the time of sunrise and sunset in Chengdu city was analyzed,based on which the membership function of the fuzzy controller was designed.In the process of the design of the traffic flow fuzzy controller,the LED lamp’s advantages such as quick starting,easy dimming and so on were taking into account,the characteristics of detection and prediction of traffic flow at night were studied,LED lamp technology section patent cooperation unit(Patent No.201120466375.9)was combined to achieve the purpose of energy saving.In the vehicle flow detection,the introduction of the enhanced two-value method and the introduction of SVM(Support Vector Machine)machine learning method to identify and match the car lights,and the accuracy of the scheme has improved.Thirdly,the DIALux software was used to calculate the average illuminance of the road surface and the feasibility of the dimming was verified.The MATLAB software was used to simulate the entire system and the effectiveness of energy saving was verified.Finally,Java language was used to develop the software part of urban intelligent lighting system.The purpose of this thesis is to design a kind of urban intelligent lighting system which is more efficient both in energy saving and intelligent control.In the process of the design,the information such as the weather,sunrise and sunset,night road traffic and other information was integrated and the purpose of energy saving was realized through the change of the double fuzzy controllers.It provides a new method for the energy saving of urban lighting system,which makes up the deficiency of traditional single fuzzy controller.And in the construction of fuzzy controller,the introduction of the machine learning scheme to identify the car lamp is of great significance both in achieving higher accuracy and in traffic grooming or other related field...
