With the rapid development of information technology and the Internet,China’s medical information construction is also in full swing,the medical institutions’ HIS,LIS,PACS,RIS and other information systems have been initially completed.However,because the lack of unified construction standards and technical standards in the process of building information systems,different systems suppliers used the different technology,followed the different health information standard,built the different data model,understood the same business in the different way when they were building the medical information systems.Which led to the same business system built in the different medical institutions are also different,making it difficult for medical institutions to share and exchange the medical data,the business information systems are in the "information island” state.To achieve the goal of different medical institutions can share and exchange medical data with each other,the construction of regional health data exchange platform become an urgent need.Based on the in-depth study of status quo of medical data exchange at home and abroad,summed up the medical data exchange platform construction process encountered two major problems : heterogeneous data exchange and mass data storage,and then put forward a solution that building medical data exchange platform based on HL7 V3 standard under the Hadoop cloud environment,and the solution was designed and implemented,the main work of this thesis is as follows:1.After in-depth study of domestic and foreign medical information exchange standards,this thesis constructs the V3 message which can be used for data exchange according to the HL7 V3 message construction steps and China’s data element,data set,interactive service specification and other health information standard.2.To solve heterogeneous data exchange issues,the data exchange of the platform is studied,and the solution based on XML and WebService to realize heterogeneous data exchange is determined.Based on this solution,we designed the process of converting nonstandard data into standard data and implemented this process using Kettle.Then we encapsulate standard data into V3 message and call WebService to upload data to platform.3.To solve the the problem of massive medical data storage,the data storage of the platform is studied.Finally,the solution of storing structured or semi-structured medical data based on HBase and storing the image file based on HDFS is selected.And for the HDFS storage small image file encountered NameNode memory pressure and file access efficiency issues,making some optimization on the basis of SequenceFile which provided by Hadoop itself.That is to say,merging image files which has the same SeriesUID into a SequenceFile,then writing the image pathology information and the location of sequenceFile into HBase.4.The overall structure and business process of the medical data exchange platform has been designed in this thesis.The pre-adaptation system which connect the medical institutions and exchange platform has been designed and implemented.Finally,the platform is proved to be feasible and efficient by constructing the test environment.
