The Design And Implementation Of Marine Ship Data Service System

After the opening of the "One Belt And One Road”,the number and frequency of ship’s import and export activities have greatly increased,and many new problems have become increasingly prominent.The comprehensive control and safety supervision of ships have to be solved urgently.So the urgent need for a versatile,easy to operate,powerful modern ship data service system.The main research contents of this paper are the visualization of the ship’s data and the further excavation analysis based on the ship’s data,mainly from the two aspects of the actual business needs and technical realization of the marine regulatory authorities.Business research focuses on the ship’s full-track query and display,regional monitoring and anomaly warnings.The focus of the technology implementation is on Java-based server-side development technology and HTML5-based front-end rendering and interactive technologies.The system has the following functions: the ship navigation track historical data playback,real-time trajectory data query,monitoring statistics,excavation analysis,abnormal alarms,full screen Display or filter display,ship quickly positioned to find a particular ship.The system is designed to provide a marine ship data service system for China’s marine regulatory authorities.It helps the supervisors to extract useful information from a large number of ship data and visualize them to improve the efficiency of data utilization.
