The Design Of The Mobile Office Platform Based On The User Experience And Research

With the continuous development of the mobile Internet industry,mobile phones,tablet computers and other mobile devices are widely applied to various fields,as well as increased job mobility,"fixed desk" type of office model has been increasingly unable to meet the majority of office workers needs,everyone wants to use a mobile device for mobile office.APP has now become mainstream products in the mobile Internet,more and more enterprises will be transferred to the office products among mobile devices,the use of mobile Internet products as the APP office products company’s future development direction,we need to study how to build on the user experience the design process,APP interface design principles to achieve enterprise information mobile office.In this study,user experience design as a starting point research carried APP design enterprise information management system.The main study of existing PC software user experience by combining theory,needs analysis,improve the shortcomings of the original PC-platform software,new features will be transferred to the mobile terminal platform.Examples of major research is to build small and medium export enterprises mobile office system.Current state of development of small and medium export enterprises is not optimistic,small and medium enterprises in order to improve work efficiency,how will the user experience design principles into enterprise mobile office platform is our primary problem.Finally,based on the user experience design processes and enterprise information design principles proposed not only to enhance the software functional requirements,greater attention to the user’s situation,but also provides a reference for the mobile office APP product design,small and medium export enterprises information office APP designed to open up a new road.
