In the development and exploration of petroleum resources,once the pressure balance of the bottom control improper,then there may accidents such as well invasion,overflow,blowout be occurred,the accident caused destruction of site well control equipment,oil and gas wells abandoned,even triggered a series of environmental pollution and other issues,the significant well control accidents will be Threaten life of well control operators and the surrounding people.Therefore,the well control technology level of the field production personnel of on-site production staff must continue to improve.Today,physical simulation technology is widely used in the field of industry,In this paper,physical simulation technology is applied to the actual drilling well training to design the well control simulation system.Compared with the virtual simulation training,the physical simulation training system can improve the well control production environment simulation degree of the well control operator Training to achieve more efficient well control training effect and ensure that trainees can be safe and reliable well control operations in the production of oil and gas wells.The main contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly,the basic operation of the throttle pressure regulation and the composition and working principle of the throttle manifold is studied,The detailed design of the physical simulation process of the throttle pressure control is completed based on the principle of physical simulation,the reconstruction of the relevant hardware equipment of the throttle manifold in the throttle pressure control simulation are completed.Based on the mathematical model of throttle hydraulic components of the throttle and the composition of throttle pressure control system,the transfer function of throttle pressure control system is constructed.Secondly,according to the principle of physical simulation of throttle pressure control,based on the study of PID closed-loop control system,Combining with fuzzy control and neural network technology,it is proposed that fuzzy adaptive control algorithm of throttle pressure to used for the Throttle pressure control simulation training.The simulation results show that the fuzzy adaptive control algorithm can effectively improve the control effect of the system during the process of throttle pressure control,and the pressure control of the throttle valve opening can be realized accurately,and the pressure change of the pressure gauge to create close to the realwell training environment.Finally,aiming at the requirement of well control training and the existing well control operation standard,the design and application of the physical simulation training system of throttle pressure control are realized on the basis of the fuzzy adaptive control method.The simulation training system of throttle pressure control is established by Zijinqiao configuration monitoring software,which can realize the automation of drilling well training and replace the traditional manual teaching mode and provide scientific and efficient training methods of the well control physical simulation training to shorten the training cycle and improve training efficiency.In summary,the paper completes design and implementation of the physical simulation model of the throttle pressure control,and puts it into the actual drilling well training to verify the feasibility of the physical simulation training system.The simulation results show that the system improves the efficiency of well training and achieves better well training results,thus reducing the probability of occurrence of well control accidents in the actual production process and ensuring safe and reliable well control production.
