| The "Industry 4.0","Smart Manufacturing 2025" and other emerging concepts put forward,the industrial sector from extensive to intensive into an inevitable trend.With the continuous improvement of economic and technology,comprehensive national strength continues to increase.Enterprises on energy saving and environmental protection,high quality and high efficiency requirements are getting higher and higher.Under the support and care of the government,the Beijing Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Institute with Guilin Fuda group to obtain the key data of the production process by relying on the existing high-level automated production line and the MES platform.Expert system on the production line for the entire process of monitoring and analysis at the same time for the production manager to provide optimization advice.Taking Guilin Fuda group Crankshaft Hot Forging Production Line as an example,the key parameters of the induction process were extracted according to the factors influencing the stability of the production process and the final quality of the product.Statistical Analysis Model of Production Line Based on Statistical Theory and analyze its statistical principles.The paper discusses the principle of statistical process control and introduces the important tool control chart of statistical analysis.According to the statistical analysis model of the production line,drawing the key parameters of the control chart,determine the state of the control chart,combined with the characteristics of forging process analysis and diagnosis of abnormal control chart mode.After the system is restored to the controlled state,the process capability of the production process is analyzed.Established access structure based on expert knowledge of pattern recognition;extract the redundant data of the control chart with less redundancy;the support vector machine(SVM)is used to pattern the control chart.Establish contact data characteristics with expert knowledge of the field of view of the abnormal control mode,to achieve the purpose of acquiring knowledge.Based on these studies built on SPC production process of forging an expert system,the establishment of expert system key module,constructing expert system database,discusses the key technology of expert system construction,perform a system function. |
