Design And Realization Of Virtual Office Automation System Of Power System Based On Cloud Computing Technology

As SG186 project of State Grid Corporation is completed and put into production and the construction of SG-ERP is started,the production,operation,management and other business activities become increasingly relying on the information system,the scale of the office terminals for staffs is getting expanded accordingly,and the problems on the aspects of the management of staffs’ terminals,the operation and maintenance costs,the energy consumption and the information security are also increased obviously;while the normal business activities get guaranteed,how to implement the “intensification” management requirement of the company and improve the management and control means for staffs’ terminals will be an important problem to which the informatization work faces.Along with the continuous development of cloud computing technology,the virtual office automation system based on virtualization technology has been developed and become mature gradually,the virtual office automation system adopts the framework of “integrated computing and distribution display”,integrates the operation of all office PC in one through virtualization technology,and carries out the centralized processing on the server side;while using the virtual office automation system,the staffs are only responsible for input and output and interface display,do not participate in any calculation and application,which possesses the efficient and green characteristics.In this thesis,through the design and realization of virtual office automation system of power system based on cloud computing technology is designed,and the basic procedure of system development process is also stated in details therein,including the feasibility analysis of system at earlier stage,the system requirement analysis,the overall design of system,the database design,the presentation of system functions and other links.This system is designed by combining with the virtualization technology and cloud storage technology based on the currently popular cloud computing technology,and selects the stable SQL Server database on the aspect of database support.Such system is also developed through combining with the characteristics of power industry and the operation situation of State Grid(Tianjin),is applicable for the situation of our own unit,improves the work efficiency of the staffs of the unit and saves the costs of the company.
