| An attendance and compensation system is analyzed and designed for large-sized steel structure enterprise based on SAP in this paper,taking the working teatures and human resources management status of the enterprise into consideration.Firstly,paper select an attendance plan for large-sized steel structure enterprise through the analysis of system requirements,forward attendance and backward attendance,shift plan and holiday schedule.Paper analysis the attendance of each item in the system application and approval process,including annual leave,sick leave,personal leave,marriage leave,funeral leave,maternity leave,paternity leave,pregnant leave,breastfeeding time leave,work related injury leave,long-term sick leave,long time privacy leave,out of office,travel,overtime,time in lie and etc.Paper give a extremely detailed introduce of each attendance type and advice the pending issues in exist.Basing on that launched a discussion and gave some personal suggestions of solutions.Secondly,article introduced the payroll basic wage items and the effect caused by attendance data,especially on qualterly bonus,night allowrance calculation and the overtime payment for time-off.The article also analized the link between attendance system in SAP and other output system,such as the time register system and online attendance system.It also analyzed the technical requirements to realize the docking of the sap and the external data system.The attendance and payroll system based on SAP data base can realize the online application,examination and approval and inquiry platform,to achieve a variety of information related to attendance system accounting,instead of the original manual data collection.It could achieve the data link of personnel,organization,and attendance and payroll in the SAP system.This provides an effective technical support for human resources management in the enterprise. |
