TD-LTE technology has many advantages,such as large bandwidth,high-speed,high spectral efficiency.Currently,many cities are building broadband wireless private network for government affairs based on this technology,which has a multimedia cluster scheduling function.Since the experimental band plan has not been completed,the domestic TD-LTE e-government network using 1.4GHz frequency band in the 3GPP(3rd Generation Partnership Project)is not standardized.Researches are all focused on the needs of the business,network architecture,such as level,involves the radio frequency base station,terminal indicators are not related.Radio frequency resources are increasing contradictions between supply and demand.In order to effectively improve the utilization efficiency of limited spectrum resources to meet all needs,according to the original public broadband cluster system technical scheme of TD-LTE system and standard,combining with the digital cluster private network test,we carried out a research on radio frequency specifications of 1.4GHz TD-LTE Broadband Clustering.We analyzed the problems in the project of Tianjin multimedia digital cluster network,then conducted a comprehensive analysis to the existing TD-LTE series standards(including public standard have issued by 3GPP,as well as the TD-LTE private network line mark being made).Based on the analysis,we compared the similarities and differences between related systems.At the same time,focusing on the actual needs of radio management,a set of radio frequency specifications of broadband clustering had been put forward.Finally we carried out the laboratory tests to verify specifications.All the research results have been submitted to CCSA(China Communications Standards Association),as important reference for relevant industry standards of the technical specification of the radio frequency base station and terminal.
