The Corporation Vehicle Management System Design And Study On Its Promotion For Vehicle Management

Along with the rapid development of computer technology and the deepening of the information age,information technology gradually developed into a key to the construction of enterprise.Informationization is the trick of enterprises in our country,which can smoothly promote the competitiveness of the industry and ensure the modernization and development by leaps and bounds.Meanwhile,with the development of our country’s economy and the openness of enterprise business,the company car demand is growing and the number of cars subordinate to the enterprise increases quickly.It has become an important issue related to each enterprise logistics that how to effectively manage the business vehicles,meeting the demand of enterprise’s car.Therefore,based on the present situation and characteristics of business vehicles management in modern enterprises,also the needs of the business in the actual operation process,it is of great theoretical significance and practical value for the enterprise informatization construction in our country to develop and design the company vehicle management systems that can be applied commonly and universally.This paper first analyzed and summarized the present situation of vehicle management at home and abroad fully,absorbing vehicle management experience and lessons and grasping the advantage of vehicle management system.Then,we processed the concrete analysis of vehicle management status for the target firm--the Inner Mongolia electric power research institute,and conducted the rigorous feasibility demonstration.After that,with modern enterprise management thought being the guiding principle,we designed and developed the enterprises vehicle management system with B/S architecture based on the actual needs of enterprise modernization,the advanced information technology and computer basic knowledge.The system further improved the enterprises vehicle management level by applying three-dimensional,comprehensive,intelligent and digital management.We also conducted a comprehensive analysis of the great significance for ascension of the car management level the system brings.
