Design And Realization Of General Examination Test Database Management System Based On VBA

After the foundation of Boda College of Jilin Normal University,teaching management has been doing very well and the educational administration personnel are very strict with the format of the final paper,the types of the questions on papers and control the repetition rate strictly,which gives teachers a lot of pressure.The establishment of scientific and reasonable test database is the purpose of designing the thesis which save the teachers from compiling the tiring papers.Besides the features of establishing of test database on the checking of the characteristics of test database,the thesis is designed to write a general graphic database system based on the real utility in life,and the system is used to meet the needs of teachers of all majors.It fully uses the existing materials,and store all kinds of papers with useful function.It simply needs a computer to operate and design papers automatically according to the data.Examination paper format conforms to the requirements of the unit while allowing secondary edition.It is a security control mechanism and it hides the undesirable work table.Furthermore,it exerts protection on the data which don’t need to be changed.The system mainly consists of four modules.Test database maintenance module: it makes use of the Word in Test database document by mixed function,and it adds,deletes and modifies the questions and answers.Meanwhile it provides the function of parameter detection,the colored title and location of repetition questions.The colored titles are more eye-catching,and the location of repetition questions is easier for the teacher to check.Parameter detection avoids human errors and improves the practicability of application.Information statistics module: it calculates the exam questions in test database according to the examinations,types,level of difficulty,and calculates the total amount.Then the total score is calculated according to the scores in each part.Generating test paper module: test paper documents and documents of the answers are generated according to a given set of volumes,random group volume algorithm which is utilized to extract corresponding examination questions,types and the level of difficulty of test questions.The checking of repetition rate module: repetition rate checks are exerted according to the detection range in different time(the generated test paper)and teaching accidents caused by paper repetition rate are effectively avoided.The thesis firstly gives a brief introduction to the selected software and takes advantage of VBA software designing of the test database.Secondly It provides us with system function structure,designs based on the Specific functions and introduces the design process and application method of each module.And then it mainly analyzes the major difficulties during the researching progress and tries to find solutions.Next it performs the test of systematical functions to ensure the system in service.In the end,the thesis analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the system and puts forward the prospect to the system based on the designing process.
