Research And Application Of Bill Of Materials Multi_views Based On Production Control System

As the the development of the economy and the market demand diversification,the key to manufacturing industry standardize production process is informatization and response to client requirement rapidly.Bill of Material(BOM)is the data carriers of the production process of the manufacturing industry and BOM multi_views is an effective way to solve the problem of difference between the demands of different business segment.This paper explain the theoretical basis of BOM,including the product lifecycle management technology which is used widely on BOM,BOM data model and the common classification of the BOM views.According to the principle of the formation and the composition formula of the product structure model,this paper emphatically studied and discussed the meaning of the various parameters of the model,and studied the product configuration method that meet the demands of BOM multi_views,and defined the mapping rules of the BOM view model and the BOM multi_views,and combined with improved access control model.This paper focus on the problem of the traditional BOM view which is lacking series view information of the same product which focused by several important departments.This paper gives a method which BOM multi_views mapping for summarize BOM,which is used by administrative department and is used for tracking the project schedule and profit or lost condition.This topic comes from Jilin University laboratory project “Automobile production control system’s BOM multi_views research and development”,which is under the background of the real needs of the small and medium auto parts manufacturing,according to the demand of the mapping of the BOM views between different departments,using the definition of this paper to product structure model forstructural design and product configuration.This paper emphatically studied the unified management of material library,the building algorithm and storage structure of product structure tree,and utilizing mapping function in order to research BOM mapping multi views function,thus achieving BOM multi views function,which means material control product structure design and product configurations,mapping multi views and multi views mapping to summarize BOM and so on.
