Heat exchanger is a heat exchange device,according to the structural characteristics of the heat exchanger is divided into: tube,plate,extended surface type.Among them,the plate heat exchanger has many advantages,in many applications to replace the other forms of heat exchanger.In the plate heat exchanger,the most important component is the plate heat exchanger corrugated board,plate heat exchanger corrugated board determines the quality of the heat transfer effect.Plate heat exchanger corrugated board defects are mainly the top and side of the border area of the existence of mild tear.The current way to detect corrugated board heat exchanger is mainly artificial visual inspection.Artificial visual inspection mainly rely on the subjective experience of testing personnel,low efficiency,high rate of false positives,it is difficult to achieve quality testing requirements.Therefore,it is very important to study the corrugated board quality inspection device of plate heat exchanger based on machine vision.In this paper,a complete set of plate heat exchanger corrugated board defect detection system was designed and developed in view of the above.The detection of the mild tearing defects of the corrugated plate is realized.The main application of the plate heat exchanger,the market demand and the main defects are briefly described.The characteristics and characteristics of the defects are analyzed and summarized,and the key points and difficulties of the detection of corrugated board defects based on machine vision are summarized.The on-line visual inspection system of corrugated board defects of plate heat exchanger is designed,which integrates image acquisition,motion control,data processing and information display.This topic builds a visual imaging system based on the quality requirements of the plate heat exchanger manufacturer and the existing equipment environment of the laboratory.Choose the right camera,lens,light source,image acquisition card.Motion control through the use of the laboratory’s existing experimental platform and motion control card to complete the image acquisition and motion control coordination.Based on Microsoft Visual Studio developed a complete set of plate heat exchanger corrugated board defect detection software,mainly completed the software preparation,debugging and testing work.The motion control algorithm based on motion control card MPC2810,the image acquisition algorithm based on DALSA SEPERA and the image processing method based on BLOB analysis are completed.The image processing software Halcon is used to complete the related image processing task,and the corrugated board defect detection method of large area corrugated area and detection method of defect at corner hole.Finally,the design of the platform movement,image acquisition,image processing,defect image display and integration of human-computer interaction interface.After testing,the system detects a corrugated board takes about 10 seconds,much lower than the production company within 1 minute of the detection time requirements.The research of this method provides a new method and method for the detection of corrugated plate of plate heat exchanger,which has good practicability and practical significance.
