| With the fast development of the Air Force,Air Force materials are getting more and more various,Air Force material needs scientific storage and transportation environment in order to keep material away form unnecessary damage.Airborne external pods are important ensure equipment of our army’s battle effectiveness of main battle airplane,The temperature,humidity and salt fog degrees of the air are the main environment factors affecting the quality of materiel during term use and storage.In order to solve the problem of Airborne external pods’ scientific storage,ensure the high quality of pods during term use,Firstly,this paper introduces the design of single box automatic moni--toring and control System,afterwards,this paper introduces the design of multi-box automatic monitoring and control System,finally,this paper introduces the design of multi-warehourse automatic monitoring and control System.This design not only can detect the environment in real time,but also will give an alarm when parameter is abnormal.The following work has been done:(1)Storage and trasportation box automatical monitor and control system uses STM32 as CPU of the box controller,detecting information of environment by electronic sensor,at the same time,transforming the information toSTM32 by 485-bus.The CPU would adjust environment inside the box by controlling electrical equipment automatically.This system also provide interactive interface by Upper computer.(2)The netwrok design of multi-warehouse automatic monitor and control system consist of wireless and wire communication.The wireless communication is built based on ZigBee,wireless communication equipment consists of coordinator,several routers and terminals.Wired communication is designed based on TCP.(3)The monitoring software based on WPF has many features,including remote automatic detecting and controlling the temperature,humidity and salt fog degrees of the box in real time,giving an alarm when the parameter is abnormal,real-time video surveillance and storage,objecting historical data.Through some tests in the lab and practical operation in the storage and transportation box,the system has met the design requirements.After further development,the wireless communication has been enhanced and the software is more reliable and convenient to use. |
