Study On The Application Methods Of Big Data In Urban Master Planning Compilation

In recent years,the informationization and the construction of smart city sustained rapid advance in China.A new generation of information and communication technology(ICT)represented by big data has a deeper and deeper integration with society and that leads to great changes in human behavior and social space.And as the"New Normal" for China’s economy and society,urban planning is seeking innovation and in a transition period.Under the background,big data has been applied more and more in urban planning practice and research.While existing research bias phenomenon explanation and has a loose relation with urban planning compilation,and it’s is also scattered.To perfect the theory and method system has become an urgent problem to be solved in the application of big data in urban planning.Taking the application on urban master planning compilation of big data as the study object,this paper summarizes the present situation of the application of big data in urban planning and try to build the master urban planning system under the support of big data on the perspective whole planning flow.By summarizing characteristics of urban planning and the period and problems of urban planning method innovation,the paper analyses the inevitability and the inner relation between big data and urban planning,so the question why to use big data in urban planning is answered.Then this paper reviews and has a outlook of the development trend of big data and summarizes and review the application status of big data in urban planning in the view of application framework,space research and planning management implementation and public participation.And the paper points out the possibility of applying big data in urban planning.Based on the principle of urban planning’s domination,reliable data,scientific method and economically feasibility,the paper builds a master urban planning compilation framework supported by big data on the view of planning process..First of all,the paper combeds acquisition methods of urban planning big data from the perspective of the new data architecture.Then the paper studies the big data application methods in master urban planning from the aspects of strategic planning,space layout,supporting facilities and total planning.After that,the paper discusses the public participation method under the support of big data before,in and after the master planning.Finally,in order to implement the big data applications,the paper puts forward safeguard mechanism of the big data applications in urban planning.
