| With the continuous development of social economy in recent years,personnel management has become increasingly complex.The traditional management approach has been difficult to adapt to the needs of the modern enterprise.Using computer for the personnel management has been developed for nearly 50 years.As part of the computer application,using computers for employee management has many advantages that traditional manual management can’t.This enterprise information management system has been information,intelligence and automation.In this thesis,it mainly analyzes the situation of the China Unicom’s,then,designs staff information management system that is fit for the company.The first task is general requirements analysis.Next,design the detailed system and database.For the specific module,this thesis uses an object-oriented system design,the development tools is Visual Studio 2010,and the system architecture is C/S.Using the C # for programming language and SQL Server as the database.The main contents of the article include:1.Introduce the present status of the employee information management system.Proposed research and innovation point of this article.Giving a simple introduction of related technologies used in the system,including the system’s development platform,the modeling language,database technology and the reason of using these technologies.2.For the characteristics of China Unicom’s personnel management,this thesis analyzes the requirements,including functional requirements and non-functional requirements,and defines the objectives of this system.3.The detailed design and implementation of the system.Including the overall system design and database design,and test the system.This topic is based on the provisions of the Information Management Branch staff,and the system realized the functions of the basic information management,compensation management,employee training management,personnel management and so on.It improves personnel management efficiency,reduces management costs and promotes the development of this company. |
