Detection System Design Of The Emergency Light’s Working Condition Based On Power Line Carrier Communication

The artificial malfunction elimination on emergency lamp failures has the disadvantages of long time consumption,low efficiency and large manpower input,and the field operation is dangerous.For changing backward and outmoded artificial failure polling mode,decreasing manpower input on emergency lamp failure detection and emergency lamp management cost,and improving work efficiency and work safety,this paper put forward failure detection scheme applicable for small and medium-sized emergency lamp management system basing on power line carrier communication technology.As one of special communication modes of power system,power line carrier communication conducts information data transmission via 220 V low voltage power distribution wires.System design consists of design on hardware part and software part.The design on hardware part mainly includes the design on failure detection circuit module and power line carrier module.The design on software part mainly includes the design on upper computer platform and SCM main program.Module design on failure detection circuit adopts PIC12F1840 SCM as processor,which is the core of overall detection system.Power line carrier communication adopts KQ130 F carrier module,taking charge of the communication and data transmission between failure detection end and upper computer end.Basing on emergency lamp original circuit,this paper firstly utilized SCM to design emergency lamp failure detection circuit,and then confirmed the communication mode and communication protocol of power line carrier module.In addition,it developed upper computer platform to achieve the concentrated management and detection information gathering on overall emergency lamp system.Finally,it conducted test experiment on power line carrier communication-based emergency lamp failure detection system,and the system basically reached design requirements.
