With the rapid development of computer technology,network technology and database technology,it has been widely applied in various fields,especially in production control and management process,has been developed and realized the automation management system of many,can effectively improve the production efficiency,achieved good results.Firstly,this paper describes in detail the background of the PLM system,expounds the purpose and significance of the research of the system,analyzed the present situation of research on system at home and abroad,summarizes the problems and development trend of existing in the system,and summarizes the main research content and organizational structure.Secondly,this paper analyzes the key technology of system design and implementation,C/S architecture,B/S architecture and its advantages,ASP.NET technology,ADO.NET technology,database technology and Web server technology to describe the design and implementation of the system,in order to lay a solid theoretical foundation.Then,this paper carried out a feasibility analysis from four aspects of technical feasibility,economic feasibility,social feasibility and feasibility of management,authentication system development and implementation is feasible;using UML case to analyze the system business logic,business logic function derived system module,including product document management,product structure management,spare parts management,workflow management,change management,project management,product configuration management,product process management,process of electronic board,visualization and browsing,data integration and interface,system management tools and other twelve subsystems;from the usability,reliability,security and other aspects of the performance analysis of the system.Again,this paper introduces the design principle of the system,describes the general scheme of the system network topology structure,software and hardware platform,functional hierarchy architecture and deployment architecture,while the use of structured flowchart for every function of the system by the modeling and design,system logic business structured process is deduced,and the use of E-R system the database design and the relationship table.Finally,this paper uses the ASP.NET technology,ADO.NET technology and workflow technology to achieve a PLM system with perfect function,screenshots and the core code of the system was given,the system is tested,the test results show that the system has good usability,reliability.After using the system deployment,effectively improve the production management of manufacturing quality products,product design,able to project management control products in real time,ensure the construction progress.
