Research On The Workflow Project Approval Template Based On Auto Parts Control System

The new times bring us a new era of High-tech and information technology.Under the guidance of times,more and more enterprises choose to make a profit by the way of standardizing the business processes and improving automation.As the choice improves the requirements of business process modeling and automation management,workflow technology arises at the historic moment.Workflow control system uses workflow technology to control system and strengthen the ability to deal with the core business.As workflow technology takes the enterprises’ actual needs as its final confirmation to standardize enterprise product design and production processes.According to the principle of improving the production efficiency,it is convenient for the project technical personnel to master the project progress.Workflow technology can improve business performance,reduce unnecessary cost of consumption and help the enterprises do more jobs to manage data and processes.In conclusion,workflow technology makes the enterprises more competitive than others.As the most original and most important part of a project management system,project process provides the initial project information,track the project progress and ensure the project operation running.Due to the variety of queries,the small and medium-sized auto parts manufacturing enterprises’ collocations of project approval may take different forms.Obviously,if you would like to customize the unique solution of project approval,it is ambitious to do that.Therefore,this article embarks form the actual demand of a certain automobile spare part enterprise and devotes itself to design a set of effective and universal project template for small and medium-sized auto parts manufacturing enterprises.The work done in this paper is listed as follows:(1)According to the needs of enterprises,I consult the control systems on the currency market and design a new template of workflow project which is based on workflow technology.The template ties the information of project,equipment,customer,tooling process in together and synchronous refresh,thus it can save the recording time,reduce the workload and avoid the error of work.(2)To design a project template which is based on the relational structure.Besides the function of recording the details of projects,the template also optimizes the configuration of workflow nodes and accesses.It supports the dynamic allocation of authority and the corresponding relation of “permission-role-post” function which could ensure the normal order of the workflow between the nodes and promote normal work inside.(3)Combined with the traditional transaction models and advanced transaction models,we design a restorative workflow transaction model which supports part transaction submission.The transaction model combined with a lock access can ensure the normal operation of the system and the data’s correctness and unity.(4)To give the details of the design for small and medium-sized auto parts enterprises workflow project template and the impression drawings.The template is proved that meet the needs of that type of enterprises,and has the advantages of simple operation,easy implementation and strong fault tolerance.It basically meets the design requirements.
