| In the inertial navigation system,the fiber optic gyroscope(FOG)has replaced the traditional mechanical gyroscope and electronic gyroscope occupation for the advantages of small volume,quick start time,high sensitivity and solid-state fiber.FOG is widely used in many fields such as: the aircraft control,submarine orientation,car navigation and so on.Sensitive optical fiber coil,optical fiber ring,is an optical core of the optical fiber gyroscope,so the merits of the winding process of the optical fiber coil will directly affect the research and development of the high precision fiber optic gyroscope.The paper is mainly studying the impact of the size of the lag Angle and the winding tension on the quality of optical fiber in the process of winding fiber coil.The optimum design of optical fiber coil winding process is put forward based on the analysis of optical fiber winding ways and working ways of each part of the winding equipment,including:1)By studying the stress variation of the optical fiber coil in the process of fiber winding,we analysis the specific requirements of winding tension.So we establish the mathematical model of winding tension,analyze the causes of fluctuation of winding tension,put forward using dance round to control the winding tension,get the concrete control methods and optimize the winding tension.2)By analyzing the causes of various types of winding defects in the process of winding,we establish the mathematical model of the lag angle.Combining the working principle of the optical fiber winding real-time monitoring device,we put forward a control way of the lag angle in the winding process and the initial time.The compensation method can finish winding without defects and achieve high precision cable.3)In order to get the way of reducing stress in the optical fiber coil,we established the physical model of the optical fiber based on the internal stress of the single fiber in the process of winding.The finite element software is used to simulate the internal stress distribution and the specific value of the fiber coils in the change tensions.The control method of the internal stress optimization of the optical fiber coil is obtained. |
