With the development of internet,things have changed a lot.Book shops are such companies that have been influenced by the internet.According to the 13th-five-year plan,China will encourage its people to read more,book shops will enjoy the opportunity to develop faster and faster.But in fact,the real book shops existed are badly influenced by internet book shops,who developed some years before lately.The A Book Shop is an old book shop developed in north of Beijing for 20 years.But lately,it has big questions about how to develop in the future in face of the fast development of the internet book shops.We choose the A Book Shop as a model to explore how real book shops develop in the “Internet Time”.We try to know the problems that the shop existed and try to solve it.We use PEST analysis to find the environment that the shop in and use SWOT tools to know the weakness of the shop.Finally we will suggest the shop to change its strategies of development.We also use 4P marketing strategies to optimize its sales.In order to provide correct changing strategies to A Shop store,we took actions on consumers about their opinion about the services of A Book Shop.According to the surveys,we found that consumers thought that the service of the book shop used to be bad.We finally found the reasons of the bad service caused by many factors in daily management of the book shop.Facing the challenges of the changing world,the internet has become the most important factor of the development of a company.The A Book Shop should take actions right now to change its developing strategies.
