| With the development of computer and software industry, the traditional manufacturing and design methods can not meet the ever-changing manufacturing industry technology updates and the development of digital manufacturing and design. However, most of the enterprises have mature technology in the field of digital manufacturing and detection, the remote data transmission and visual detection is still in the primary stage. There are still many problems in the remote networked detection technology in some aspects of practical application and research.This paper is based on the results of three-coordinate detection technology at home and abroad. It studies the remote networked detection according to the actual application and technology status of the current aviation enterprises. In this paper,the technical system of the remote networked detection system and the working process of the system are put forward,and combs the basic key technologies of the network-based detection system. This system studies the extraction technology of three-dimensional MBD model detection information. In the process of extracting the detection information, it is necessary to define the detection information in engineering. Then the three-dimensional MBD model is used to reduce the capacity of the test data structure, which is beneficial to the rapid transmission of the data.Finally, the data transmission of the remote detection information is verified by the molding software, and the detection information extraction of the MBD model is verified by the secondary development of UG in the same time. Theresults of this topic provide a basis for the construction and improvement of the remote networked detection system, which greatly’improve the efficiency of the detection industry and have certain practical significance. |
