| Substation internal busbar joints,static and dynamic contacts,outdoor knife gate switch,transformer windings and other key equipment,may have breakdown in the long-term work due to overload operation,insulation aging and other related reasons.The failure can result in the rise of temperature,which would lead to fire and large area power failure,and bring loss of economy and society that is hard to estimate and measure.So the temperature of the substation equipment for real-time monitoring has important practical significance.By checking relevant literature,the research status of temperature monitoring technology of substation equipment at home and abroad and the advantages and disadvantages of various temperature monitoring methods are understood.In this paper,considering the realistic demand of substation safety operation,temperature monitoring system is designed for substation equipment by using sensor,automation and wireless communication technology.Through the analysis of the causes of the heating of the substation equipment and the electromagnetic interference in the station,the whole framework of the system is determined,and the hardware and software design are completed.Based on MSP430F149 microcontroller,the design of temperature data acquisition node and center node is completed.The temperature data acquisition node uses the temperature acquisition chip MAX6675 to collect and convert the temperature information of the substation equipment,and sent the processed data to the central node by wireless communication unit composed of the radio chip nRF905,after data processing by the microcomputer,then the central node performs the corresponding processing on the received information and sends it to the host computer through serial communication.The display interface of temperature monitoring system of substation equipment is prepared by using LabVIEW,which has the functions of real-time temperature monitoring,historical curve query,data analysis and storage.Under the condition of laboratory,the system is debugged and the running result shows that the system can realize real-time monitoring and early warning of temperature. |
