The Design And Implementation Of Zheng Jiang Government Mobile Office System

With the advent of the Internet era,information data is explosively growing.As the relevant parties of information processing,the role of Zhejiang provincial government in processing information effectively and timely becomes crucial.Currently,the government uses internet technology to enhance the ability of decision-making and management.After establishment of public service network,the government is planning an information service which services the internal department.In order to improve the efficiency of office communication,the government uses wechat,QQ,and so on.Due to the lack of uniform standards for various communication tools,the government can not communicate mutually and manage communication tools uniformly.Meanwhile,information security is also a great risk.The government mobile office system is an IMS developed for the Zhejiang provincial government by DtDream Technology Co.,Ltd.The system supports the communication,cooperation,information security and access authority between government departments.The system provides security protection to ensure the safety of communication by using DingTalk which unifies communication tools in the government.By using this system,the information data of government departments and DingTalk can be uniformly managed.The government mobile office system is based on the current mainstream SOA.The system be divided into various micro services.Meanwhile,in order to ensure the security of government data,the government mobile office system is deployed on the private cloud.With the support of the micro service architecture and the RESTful architecture,the system is able to connect with other kinds of information systems.Specifically,system implemented by Dubbo micro service framework and other mainstream frameworks,such as Spring Boot,Mybatis,Zookeeper and RocketMQ.The main works of this paper expound the current situation of communication in the government,explaining the related technology which be used in the system.After requirement analysis,the system is designed and implemented.
