Design And Implementation Of An E-commerce Platform ERP System

E-commerce platform is the 21 st century emerging industrial model,during more than ten years of development,it has rapidly developed into an indispensable part of today’s people’s lives,but the rapid development of e-commerce platform has introduced the new challenge that is its management model and the composition of the new resource.Therefore,this article design and implementation of e-commerce platform ERP system based on the features of e-commerce platform.ERP is the abbreviation of enterprise resource planning,that is,enterprise resource planning,it is a business resource integration and unified management concept;it can effectively improve the quality of enterprise management.Through the research of ERP system,ERP has been widely used in large enterprises,with good application effect.Based on the characteristics of e-commerce platform,five subsystems of ERP system of e-commerce platform are designed,namely planning management subsystem,commodity management subsystem,supplier management subsystem and contract management subsystem.The system provides the target function,each subsystem are designed its related sub-functions based on the actual needs,in order to achieve a comprehensive management of e-commerce platform.In the planning management subsystem,the three main functions are designed,those are establishing plan,reviewing plan and plan progress,these functions can establish a complete process for managing plan.In the commodity management subsystem,commodity creation,commodity status management,commodity money management,commodity inventory management are designed to establishment of a complete commodity management system.In the supplier management subsystem,the three main functions are designed,those are supplier registration,supplier review and supplier evaluation,they can provide basic management of the supplier.In the contract management subsystem,there are three functions,the contract fulfillment management function,the contract statistical management function and the contract template signing function are designed.Through the contract management subsystem,the management of the supplier and the manager are bounded.In the implementation phase,using Java as the development language,developing J2 EE projects,using the struts,spring and hibernate framework to achieve B/S architecture model,the web layer,service layer and DAO layer are connectedtogether.Through the SQL Server2008 database to connect and operate the data base.At the implementation phase,based on the design stage of the subsystems to implement subsystems and the basic management module,such as login module.In the test phase,through the analysis of test methods,this paper chooses the black box test method to detect whether the subsystem can run normally.In these subsystems of the test,the main function and the connection with the database are detected.Through the test results of black box tests,it can prove that the ERP system of an e-commerce platform which is designed and realized has good usability and reliability and can manage the information scientifically and effectively.Through the analysis of the characteristics of an e-commerce platform,this paper designs and implements the ERP system which is suitable for its business,realizes the resource integration and cooperation between the data,thus it facilitates understanding and using the resources for the manager and the users.It has a certain reference value for the future development of e-commerce platform.
