Research On The Estimating Web-influence Of World-class Think Tank

Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),the CPC Central Committee has put forward the idea of building a new type of think tank with Chinese characteristics,it has really set off a boom in the study of think tanks,marking the development of our think tank into a new stage.The discussion on the development of foreign think tanks,the construction and evolution of think tanks,the characteristics of think tanks and the influence of think tanks have become the subject of domestic scholars.However,the research on Web-influence of the think tank is rarely mentioned,and the lack of a systematic Web-influence of think tank evaluation system."Internet +" era,the network has become the main media of information dissemination,think tank integrated influence and think tank in the influence of cyberspace increasingly convergence,the study of network influence has become an indispensable part of think tank research.The evaluation of network influence is an evaluation method based on objective information measurement and utility analysis,which can reflect the status quo and problems on estimating Web-influence of think tank objectively.It is of great theoretical value and reality to perfect the evaluation theory of think tank influence and promote the construction of new think tank with Chinese characteristics significance.This paper divides the five chapters into four parts,expounds the research on estimating Web-influence of think tank,and compares the evaluation results of the Chinese and foreign think tanks.The first part is the first and second chapters of this paper,which expatiates on the research background and the related research status at home and abroad,and puts forward the research ideas,methods and research contents of this paper,summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of relevant research results and defines the research object.The second part is the third chapter of this article.Firstly,on the basis of analyzing the present situation of the development of the think tank,the paper explores the relevant classification of the think tank,divides the think tank into comprehensive and professional categories,and the professional categories will be subdivided.And then use the analytic hierarchy process to determine the influencing factors of Web-influence of the think tank,and construct the evaluation model of Web-influence of the think tank.Finally,the use of expert interviews,the use of percentile scoring approach to determine the weight of each index,the formation of Web-influence of the think tank evaluation system.The third part is the fourth chapter of this article,in the previous chapters on the basis of network analysis and evaluation of the impact of the definition of 748 think tanks(26 Chinese)as the object of study,to collect relevant indicators data,according to Web-influence of the think tank evaluation index System derived from Web-influence of the think tank classification ranking results.In addition,the author makes a comparison between the evaluation results of the influence of Chinese and foreign think tanks,and analyzes the results of Chinese domestic think tank ranking,and puts forward the countermeasures to enhance the influence of Chinese think tank network.The fourth part is the fifth chapter of this article,summarizes the main research work of this paper and points out the shortcomings of this paper.Finally,the prospect of the evaluation of the influence of the think tank network is prospected,hoping to promote the development of Web-influence of the think tank.
