With the development of mobile Internet,the instant message software on the basis of smartphone has now become an main bridge between the human communication,And those non-touching Social networks also have changed the way of living.The wechat relying on various features such as multiple transmission、social circuit communication、interactive function and so on,has made one of application with Internet top utilization rate by human beings.In a multicultural、intellectually active Chinese colleges,WeChat official public platform as the main land to develop advancing arts science is doing major conservation work like doling out school information、emerging the image of school、delivering day to day service、building campus culture and Carrying out ideological and political education.Based on the information dissemination of college WeChat official public platform,the transmission pathway of wechat is similar to the Diffusion of innovations 。 This is understandable also for the spread of specific product based on the Diffusion of innovations。It both has diffusion of cognition、convincement、decision、realization、acknowledgement and the features of spread.The article tries to analysis the inner rules of a second transmission of wechat on the basis Diffusion of innovations theory。Depending on the conversion of transmission in the college WeChat official public platform,the author try to build a propagation model of college information spread and improve the propagation effects of college WeChat official public platform.
