Research On Defect Detection Technology Of The Cylinder Liner Based On Line Array Imaging | | Posted on:2018-06-15 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | | Country:China | Candidate:J Guo | Full Text:PDF | | GTID:2348330518450865 | Subject:Information and Communication Engineering | | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | | The development of internal combustion engines is mainstays in the process of China’s industrial industry from the manufacturing power to the manufacturing powerhouse.The cylinder liner is the heart parts of the internal combustion engine that the quality of it directly affects the whole machine performance of the internal combustion engine.Therefore,the cylinder liner manufacturers and users have made a higher quality inspection requirement for mass production of cylinder liners.With the current increase in market demand,the traditional detection methods have been difficult to meet the needs of the development of modern productive forces.It is becoming particularly important that studies an efficient method of automatic detection of cylinder liners.This paper made the following in-depth research based on the above background and analyzed the shortcomings of the current cylinder liners detection system.First of all,the image acquisition hardware platform based on line array imaging devices was established,the automatic detection process of cylinder liners based on machine vision technology was designed and the X-ray imaging system was optimized to improve the acquired image quality.Secondly,based on fast target detection,quickly filtering all cylinders liners single-wall circumferential sequence images after multi-frame overlay and histogram equalization and for images that do not have suspected detects,directly generating test results and delete images.Finally,only cylinder liner images with suspected defects were treated as follows:using the improved maximum correlation method for threshold segmentation to extract the defect area of the cylinder liner;using morphological opening operation and closing operation reduce noise that generated during the threshold segmentation to improve the accuracy and stability of the segmentation results;using chain code tracking method to achieve the image defect parameters calculation,generate the final test results.Experiments proved that the X-ray real-time imaging automatic detection technology based on linear array imaging device has faster detection and discrimination speed than traditional detection method under the premise of ensuring the effective and accurate. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | Line array image acquisition, Fast target detection, Defect detection, Threshold segmentation, Chain code tracking | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
