Research On Information Management Of Endowment Insurance Archives In Liaocheng City Of Shandong Province

Endowment insurance is an important part of the people’s livelihood in China,and it is also one of the most important issues for the people in our country.And the management of the pension insurance file plays a decisive role in the development of the pension insurance business.Therefore,how to carry on the management of the pension insurance is a very important issue.The file information is the development of archives management in our country and even the world trend in the archives information management,not only can effectively improve the archives preservation period and searching speed,but also can effectively improve the utilization rate of archives.So far in our country from 20 at the end of the world,the development of the archival information has gone through ten years,although the development of archives informatization has made certain achievements,and brings convenience to people,but also the development of the archival information in the primary stage of development,through the research on how to realize the social sharing of archives information,archives information to the endowment insurance the personnel files and connection of these problems,there are important theoretical and practical significance to our country archives informatization development.In the first part,the paper expounds the related theories of the information management of the endowment insurance.Mainly defines the basic concepts about the characteristics of endowment insurance records management information,must follow the inevitability of this process and information management of archives in the endowment insurance principle,introduces the basic theory of information management of endowment insurance archives.In the second part,this paper reviews the history of information management development of Liaocheng endowment insurance archives and displays the status quo.This chapter is mainly about the development stage and the current basic situation of Liaocheng endowment insurance archives information management,and introduces the main contents and achievements of information management of endowment insurance archives in Liaocheng.In the third part,this paper describes the main problems and analyzes the corresponding reasons for the information management development of endowment insurance archives of Liaocheng.It mainly talks about the weak management of endowment insurance archives,the imperfect management of archives,the lack of information link with personnel files,the imbalance of regional development,the backwardness of management mode and the low efficiency,and the lack of information security and professionalism.On the basis,this chapter analyzes the reasons for the existence of the above problems.The fourth part puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the information management of the endowment insurance in our country.Mainly from the improvement of laws and regulations,the archives of endowment insurance and personnel files linked through the information system to strengthen inter regional coordination,promote the establishment of a unified national management system,strengthen the construction of information management of Endowment Insurance Archives and publicize the knowledge of several aspects elaborated.
