As the rapid development of electric power system reform and national economy,the speed of power grid construction is becoming faster and faster.It is an inevitable trend that the evaluation process of substation project design makes the transition from manual evaluation to system’s intelligent evaluation.It is also a necessary requirement of power transmission and transformation engineering system’s reliability.Although we take intelligent evaluation method in some parts recent years,which provide some reference for intelligent substation project evaluation.But for the substation engineering design of the overall evaluation,it’s very limited.So through doing some data mining analysis about substation engineering design information,design scheme and parameter data,we need to extract,collect the characteristic parameter and regard it as an evaluation basis of substation project design,and then choose the effective engineer ing design evaluation methods,make a scientific and reasonable evaluation strategy to improve the reliability and accuracy of substation project design evaluation.According to the above questions,this thesis starts a research about data mining technology facing substation engineering design information.First,we analyze the characteristics of substation engineering design information under the background of the smart grid,do some pretreatments to the data,use the limited coverage principle and cluster analysis theory to do data mining to substation design information based on peak cluster.Then,we use social network related principles to analyze and manage those cleaned engineering design data and utilize attribute space projection,index correlation factor,spatial correlation factor and attribute space correlation matrix to construct the evaluation index system of transformer substation project design and evaluation model based on attribute pattern recognition.Finally,we take 220 kV substation project electrical parts design information data as an example,use the data mining technology involved in this passage,do the data mining to more than 100 electrical substations’ project design information data and evaluate 8 new substation project in Shanxi based on social attribute network.This thesis realizes the data mining to the multiple source substation project design information data based on peak cluster theory.Then,the evaluation results based on social attribute network conform to the quality engineering that the state grid corporation chooses,which verify the application rationality that the social attribute network SANs mentioned in this thesis has in substation engineering preliminary design electrical evaluation,further validated the effectiveness of the data mining technology facing substation engineering design information.The mentioned DM technology has great reference value in the design and evaluation of power transmission and transformation project and other fields’ project design.
