| Wind energy is clean and sustainable energy.In the case of fossil fuels depleted increasingly,the large-scale connection of wind farms with power grid is an inevitable trend of developing new energy power systems.But wi nd power have some deficiencies,such as strong intermittency,large volatility and poor controllability.The extensive penetration of wind power leads to complex interconnected grid operating characteristics,which requires the timely response of the AGC(Automatic Generation Control)to the large-scale,fast variations of the power and load.To be specific,The AGC strategies need to solve complex issues about the system security constraints,regional control performance,the unit characteristics and market factors.So the new method must be studied to satisfy the new requirement of the new circumstance.The theories related to AGC are introduced,and the system composition,working principle and evaluation standard of AGC are particularly expounded.On this basis the AGC dynamic control strategy for interconnected power grid is proposed,focusing on the how to make full use of wind energy,meanwhile ensuring reliable and economic power supply.The strategy takes into account the influence of the frequency and tie-line power variation in interconnected power system on AGC,which uses the advantage of its “mutual assistance” to improve the capacity of accommodating wind power.The strategy studies the dynamic characteristics of the AGC units,including their adjustable capacity,running status,climbing ability and the minimum continuous climbing time,in order to fully coordinate the use of AGC resources to improve the ability of the system to offset wind power fluctuations.Under the condition that the CPS is valid for a long time,the control strategy makes full use of the adjustment space brought by the CPS standard which does not require the ACE to be zero in the short term and improves the ability of the system to resist the wind disturbance.The control strat egy weighs the proportion of the economy and the target in the dynamic optimization process,and ensures the safety and economy of the grid operation in the process of absorbing the wind power.AGC dynamic control strategy model is a multi-constrained,large-scale,multi-time complex optimization problems.In this paper,Particle Swarm Optimization(PSO)is used to solve the problem.Particle with many kinds of information is designed,and the updating speed with dynamic inertia weight is designed.The rules of particle decomposition and modification are established.Describe the algorithm steps.Simulation results of a control area show that the AGC dynamic control strategy has significant advantages in coordinating the whole network AGC resource,stabilizing the grid frequency,satisfying the CPS index and reducing the adjustment cost under the condition of large-scale wind power grid connection. |
