With the continuous expansion of the scale of China’s secondary vocational schools,the number of students has increased dramatically,so that the more weak in the secondary vocational school information management of information management tasks gradually increased.In the face of increasing information management work hard,improve the development of Vocational Colleges integrated information management system is very necessary,and one of the most important is the construction of student achievement management information,which makes the original scattered in various departments,and the students of various performance related to information organization,unified management.To facilitate the rationality of teaching,teacher’s proposition and the requirements of the syllabus and makes a comprehensive analysis on the students’ learning situation;prediction and location of in-depth analysis,find out the key factors affecting student achievement and key questions in-depth training etc..The construction of student achievement management system can improve the degree of automation of teaching for teachers and students management work,the establishment of student information database standard,accurate statistics and fast query data related to student’s,greatly reduce the work intensity of managers,improve work efficiency.At present,student achievement management in secondary vocational colleges,most of the staff manual processing,the backward management m ode in the practical application process there are many problems such as: low efficiency,poor security,error prone,and the overall situation of teachers on student achievement did not understand,the related personnel of performance management at work t he difficulties.With the passage of time,the results of the students’ files will increase,the relevant personnel of data search,update and maintenance is very difficult,cost of school human resources,it is difficult to avoid errors.To develop an information platform for the scientific evaluation of the school performance of ordinary primary and secondary schools.After the completion of the system,the establishment of a scientific teaching level evaluation index system,to promote the school to continuously improve the quality of education and teaching management level,and promote the sustainable development of the school.The work of this paper is mainly aimed at the actual needs of the secondary vocational schools,the development and design of a practical application of the "student performance management system".This paper first introduces the purpose and significance of the topic and research background,analyzes the current status of research and development of domestic and foreign related sys tem,and the research and development of design scheme and difficulties and the expected results and possible innovations are discussed;on but also on the related technology,and development tools and related knowledge the database system and database management system are introduced.The six main function modules of the system are designed in detail.The specific process of the analysis and design of each module is introduced in detail.By introducing the concept of C/S architecture and B/S architecture and its advantages and disadvantages,the new system adopts C/S architecture which is in line with the actual situation of our college.In the aspect of database is introduced this system is based on SQL Server2008,in the detailed design part introduces the realization of the code design of the main module of the system and the system running effect of the corresponding,and the system deployment and conversion of a simple description.In the last chapter,the summary and Prospect of this system are summarized.
