With the development of the power industry and the awareness of energy conservation and environmental protection,more and more super(super)supercritical thermal power units are widely used,This makes us put forward a higher standard on the operation control strategy,and these complex industrial processes usually have the characteristics of large time lag,large inertia and non-linearity,the traditional control strategy is difficult to achieve satisfactory control effect.As a new kind of computer control algorithm,the predictive control algorithm draws the thought of rolling online optimization in modern control theory and breaks the restriction of the traditional control method,which makes the attention of the domestic and international industry become more and more important.Predictive control relies on the characteristics of three prominent algorithms,such as multi-step prediction,rolling optimization and feedback correction,which makes it has the characteristics of low requirement for model precision,strong robustness and good control effect,and is effectively applied in complex industrial processes.In this paper,with reference to the domestic and international research status of predictive control,the dynamic matrix predictive control algorithm is studied in detail,and the dynamic characteristics of the main steam temperature system are analyzed in detail.Combining dynamic matrix control with traditional PID control,DMC-PID cascade control Structure,and successfully applied to the main steam temperature system,and through a large number of simulation experiments have shown that this control strategy has better control effect.This paper completes the PLC implementation of DMC algorithm,and encapsulates the traditional arithmetic module in PLC.Combining with EDPF-NT Plus DCS system,a new main steam temperature forecasting algorithm with dynamic matrix predictive control algorithm Control system,the bistatic switching of the original cascade PID main temperature control strategy and the new cascade dynamic matrix predictive control strategy is achieved successfully and the excellent control effect is achieved.The superiority of the dynamic matrix predictive control algorithm is demonstrated again.
