As the first year of the smart media,2016 has witnessed a great momentum of new media ’ s development as the change of distribution mechanism of media information being achieved through machine algorism.Based on users ’ interest,the“algorism distribution " is gradually becoming the main approach to distributing Internet news.Information inflation and fragmentization brought by the mobile Internet has accelerated the users ’ need of individualized news information.While disseminating information through social relation,the social media of micro-blog begins to develop itself towards vertical orientation based on interest after going through the industry adjustment.Meanwhile,netizens are gradually exposed to the two major way for reading news,namely individualized news client and social App,which cover the main element of the“individualized customization ".Therefore,the media form of“individualized customization news " seems to become a popular one under the new media environment,presenting a normal distribution both in tendency and in approach.However,with its boom development,there emerge a lot of problems that need to be paid attention and precaution.The paper conducts a critical analysis on the new media form of“individualized customization news”under the perspective of media criticism.It discusses through two media dimensionalities such as technological tools and organization pattern generating the spreading approach.In the end,the paper proposes a summary and vision on its rationality based on macro theoretical perspective and valuable standpoint of reflection.The author holds a positive attitude towards the function and value of the popular pattern of new media,namely the individualized customization news.However,in terms of study thought,the paper thinks out of the box of academic" functional dissemination"and abandons the rational preinstalled framework of media order and social recognition on which the individualized customization news relied.Instead,it conducts analysis on technological difficulties and confusion of individualized customization news based theoretically on such academic perspectives as sociology,media environment academy and criticism academy starting from multivariate approach and positive scepticism.Additionally,it strives to alleviate the under-profession of communicators ’ image of individualized customization news from the professional perspective of news.By doing so,it can conduct in-depth analysis on the internal logic and deep texture of the media pattern of individualized customization news,presenting some inner conflict and paradox in its development.The paper,mainly supported by qualitative research method,applies document analysis method,case analysis method and participant observation method.After study,in terms of technological tools,it finds that the filtration technology in individualization would be subject to the bubble caused by"algorithm",generating a self-centered "filtration bubble effect ".Therefore,a narrowed " information cocoons " is established for readers and social effect of“group polarization" is triggered in the whole society.In addition,the insufficiency in algorithm technique has caused a fraudulence of filtration as some fake-individualization problems exist severely at the present stage such as non-transparency,labeling and pan-entertainment of algorithm.In terms of organization and agency,due to the founders of individualized customization news being mainly made up of scientific and technical companies with algorithm filtration technology,it makes a great difference in communicators’ image with traditional media.The individualized customization focuses more on setting individual agenda for readers yet make light of its responsibility for public agenda setting;while it makes people worry about news quality due to the approving role of human editing being replaced by machine algorithm.The severest issue lies in the destruction of the news professionalism by the technical companies emerging in the media industry.They make commercial profits assisted by the name of media yet are not willing to define themselves as a media operator.In the end,the author conducts critical reflection on the phenomenon from such theoretical perspectives as tool rationality,value rationality,consumption logic and public domain.It is expected that better performance of algorithm on the filtration platform,value persistence of mainstream media and adequate supervision by related department would be achieved as operators and users’ media literacy would be improved as readers.This is how we can make joint contribution to accurate orientation and sound growth of individualized customization news in the whole new media development system.
