Resistors,inductors and capacitors are the basic devices that make up the power electronics.In recent years,scholars have found that the basic elements of existing circuits are not sufficient to describe the relationship between all circuit states,so the concept of memristors can be studied and proposed.The memristor is a passive two-port device with a memory function.When a sinusoidal signal is applied,their characteristic curves are a hysteresis curve.In this paper,the basic concept of memristor based on basic circuit device using constructed the memristor model of two order and three order,and carries on the simulation.The experimental results show that the validation of simulation results to achieve the desired effect.In this paper,The van der Pol oscillator is constructed with memristor,and the stability of the van der Pol oscillator circuit is analyzed.van der Pol oscillator circuit has a large inductance,which is difficult to achieve in the actual circuit,Therefore,this paper use the inverter to replace the large inductance in the van der Pol oscillator circuit,and the resistance of the main circuit is replaced by negative resistance.And in the Multisim to build up a simulation circuit,The experimental results show that the circuit has rich dynamic characteristics when changing the parameters of the circuit.At the end of this paper,a time-delay negative feedback controller is designed to control the van der Pol oscillation circuits,In the fourth chapter,the design of van der Pol oscillating circuit delay method of voltage negative feedback,and the basic dynamic characteristics and the stability of the circuit is analyzed,built in Multisim simulation circuit simulation to verify the experimental results show that the addition of piezoelectric type delay feedback van der Pol oscillator circuit and the system has a rich dynamic characteristics.The fifth chapter according to the control method of voltage type of the fourth chapter,the use of voltage to current converter design current delay feedback controller,the same basic dynamic properties of the circuit and its stability are analyzed,and built in Multisim simulation circuit simulation to verify the experimental results show that the van der Pol oscillator circuit adding the current negative feedback delay,the system also has rich dynamic characteristics.
