| In this paper,compared with the ordinary tomographic imaging system,a new optical tomographic imaging system based on the linear array detector has obvious better performance.The past conical scanning optical tomographic system with complicated optical components has mechanical structure.The spinning optical tomographic system with a single rotating device is relatively simple.It overcomes the rotating eccentric action and defocus of conical scanning,and it reduces the difficulty of back projection algorithm,while increasing the stability of the system.The optical tomographic system is to obtain the projection signal through optical integral by a cylindrical lens with the linear array detector parallel reception.Compared with the past tomographic scanning system by modulating plate based on single pixel photoelectric detector serial reception,the now spinning optical tomographic system has the characteristics of high speed and anti-interference.Based on the theory of filter back projection,the research mainly includes three parts: the optical tomographic system hardware design,software design and the center of rotation of the calibration system.The main contents and results as follows:1.Establish the optical tomographic hardware system with rotating device including the dove prism,high precision turntable.This paper introduces the whole optical path design of this system and the software simulation using LightTools,analyzing the situation of various kinds of center of rotation offset.System can realize 7 kinds of angle for scanning.It is to obtain projection sinusoidal figure after scanning the image.2.Combined with the experiment device,the system realizes the real-time twodimensional optical tomographic image reconstruction,and design the software of the turntable,two-dimensional XY stages and camera using C# language.Which can realize the real-time reconstruction after calibration of the system.The system can set and read all the parameters of turntable,XY stages and camera,and can generate the sine figure,the reconstructed image,and a series of results of experiments.3.It puts forward a set of real-time rotate center system of automatic correction method which aimed by fitting circle center of rotation,and then uses compensation correction by two-dimensional XY stages.Finally,after modifying the image,according to the repair of sine figure,it will get a clear reconstruction image.The spinning optical tomographic system which in addition has the high optical stability,has less system devices,and has the advantages of low cost and miniaturization. |
