| With the development of society and the progress of technology,people’s demand for production and products is getting higher and higher,Fortunately,the continuous improvement of technology bring people a lot of convenience and meet their increasing demands.In this background,industry 4 be born at the right moment.With the advancement of industry 4,information and intelligence will become the mainstream of the development direction of the manufacturing industry.Information and intelligent manufacturing greatly reduce the labor intensity of workers,improve the efficiency of production,fully embodies the science and technology is the first productive force and the infinite wisdom of mankind.The topic of this paper comes from the project of non oil self-lubricating material manufacturing enterprise.In order to improve the international competitiveness of the products,we need to develop a set of real time detection system for surface defects and measurement system for thickness of ball powder products,including the traceability of information and remote monitoring of production process,to improve the information and intelligence level of manufacturing process management,reduce labor costs,improve production efficiency,improve product quality.Machine vision plays an important role in product defect detection,this paper analyzes and summarizes the causes and characteristics of surface defects of spherical powder plate,and a series of image processing algorithms based on machine vision are studied,such as: illumination uniformity,noise screening method,noise concentration discrimination method and linear defect repairing method and so on.By using these methods and some methods of OpenCV,the problem of image processing based on machine vision is solved successfully.On the basis of the research of image processing,a surface defect detection system is developed according to the needs of the enterprise,the image processing module is developed based on the research results,the manmachine interface is developed by MFC,the image acquisition module is developed based on the industrial camera,design the lighting system and build the hardware platform.Through the experimental test,the system can meet the requirements and achieved good results.On the basis of the existing information platform,using OPC technology to realize the remote monitoring of the process of defect detection and thickness measurement,so,according to the requirements of the project,a OPC data access server is developed as the information bridge to realize the remote monitoring of the production process.This paper describes the design ideas and key issues of OPC server.Aiming at the defect detection,this paper discusses the problems of writing the data information into the server,connecting the client and server remotely,and so on.The experimental results show that the remote monitoring client can monitor the production process in real time and achieve good monitoring effect.In this paper,the method of plate surface defect detection and the design of remote monitoring system based on OPC technology has a certain reference value for the upgrading of the production mode of small and medium-sized enterprises to improve production efficiency and product quality. |
