Since the 20th century, from black and white to color, from analog signals to digital signals, generation after generation display technology makes people’s visual experience is becoming more and more real. In recent years 3D nude eyes have been a research hotspot and future direction. Existing 3D open eyes are limited by a certain amount of technology and are difficult to generalize. For example, the maximum limit is the interference of large, free viewing range. In order to increase the scope of free watch, people put forward using multi-view stereo display, but with the increase of number of viewpoints,stereo display resolution and brightness is proportional to the lower. This paper attempts to make up for the shortage of the existing stereoscopic display technology based on the slit grating, using the real-time human eye tracking technique. The main work and research of the paper are as follows.The paper design and implement a set of real-time 3 d shooting with the naked eye stereoscopic display system, the system adopts dual cameras for stereoscopic photography, at the same time using the other pair of dual cameras in real time eye tracking. With the help of eye tracking technology determine the three-dimensional coordinates of the eye, and the real-time distribution around eyes corresponding sub pixel on the screen, with a view to achieve the effect of multiple viewpoints, thus increase in free watch range at the same time, avoid the viewpoint increase the number of results in the decrease of the stereoscopic image resolution and brightness.The paper made the slit grating laser engraving technology, designed and assembled the open hole 3 d display based on slit grating, further to the character of free viewing range and crosstalk has carried on the quantitative analysis, put forward the crosstalk measurement method based on USB camera,actual measurement results under different experimental conditions are given.The paper on OpenCV platform developed three-dimensional real-time tracking and real-time correction and image synthesis and human eyes three-dimensional coordinates measuring software, realized the original video image real-time pretreatment and three-dimensional correction, and according to the real time eye tracking measure the location of human eyes,will handle from around after image synthesis for stereo image of, at the same time remind viewers to watch right position,ensure that the viewer is always watch the low crosstalk stereo image.
