In recent years,the continuous development of our country’s social economy and the continuous expansion of international influence, attracting more and more overseas students to study in China.The education of foreign students in China is an important part of the internationalization of university education, it is also an important reflection of the development of international education to focus on and improve the management mode and career development of College students.However, at present, there is little research on the application of part-time problems in the employment of foreign students in China, and because of the general trend of part-time International students in China and the characteristics of the International students in China, part-time and employment has become a common phenomenon in international students, part-time work to become an important part of many students studying abroad.In view of this, this study takes the students studying in China as an example,combined with the individual needs of students and the actual characteristics of network recruitment, to design a job site in line with the characteristics of special groups of students to provide a job for students in China and Part-time platform to improve the level of international education development, supplement the existing research related to the lack of students, this paper mainly includes the following three aspects of research work.Firstly, through the literature review method, the status of online recruitment to conduct a certain analysis, and then to Central China Normal University students in China, for example, through questionnaires and interviews, students in China to obtain job status, practical ideas and requirements, Then, through the online research, to explore the current domestic and foreign mainstream recruitment site strengths and weaknesses, on this basis, from the content and function, website design, user personalized design of three aspects of analysis and summary.Secondly, the needs of the site analysis, the overall goal of the site, combined with the employment process of part-time job recruitment process for students, employers,system administrators, the actual needs of the three user roles, the function of the site module function Design, detailed description of the functional modules of the business logic design, and feasibility analysis.Thirdly, the site design, the site design goals and design principles, the site system framework design, the system modules, and detailed functional design and overview.At the same time, the database design, and then, according to the characteristics of the site and the existing conditions to determine the site interface and style, interface implementation. |
