With the rapid development of science and technology,motion control technology has been an unprecedented development,motion control system has been widely used in CNC machine tools,industrial robots,chemical and textile,and other fields.Velocity planning is the key technology of motion control technology,which will directly determine the stability,precision and efficiency of motion control system.Therefore,the study of velocity planning algorithm of motion control system is of great significance to improve the performance of motion control system.On the basis of reading and analyzing the speed planning documents and motion control system,the velocity planning algorithm of motion control system is implemented in this paper.The main research work is as follows: Established the hardware platform based on STM32F4 master chip,Analyzing the velocity planning algorithm of each motion controller.Analyzed the velocity planning algorithm of each motion controller.Established the model of asymmetric S curve model and corner velocity planning model according to the constraint condition,and completed the software implementation of them.Simulated and tested the speed planning algorithm.Pointed out the problems encountered in software test and putted forward the corresponding solutions.Implemented the speed planning algorithm and in the engraving machine platform and compared with other velocity planning algorithms.The simulation results show that the motion control system can effectively improve the speed and stability of the system under the condition of ensuring a certain accuracy.
