Application Solutions Of RFID In Supply Chain Management Process Of F Apparel Company

With the continuous development of world economy,labor and raw material costs continue to rise,the traditional textile and garment industry will face more and more pressure,which requires the textile and garment industry needs more efficient work and lower cost.However,traditional ERP system cannot solve all kinds of problems in supply chain of apparel field accurately.While the emergence and application of RFID technology has made breakthrough innovation for the apparel industry,it can better solve the practical problems for apparel industry of uncertain product characteristics,low visualization and tedious operation of entire supply chain process.This paper intends to research the application of RFID technology and its system in the supply chain management process of F Apparel Company,aiming at strengthening the interaction between the RFID technologies in internal supply chain of garment enterprises and optimizing the transition between nodes,reduce error rate,to achieve greater overall efficiency and lower cost.Firstly,this thesis takes RFID supply chain management of F Apparel Company as the research object,and gives introduction of real working process of each main department.With comparison and induction of data from questionnaire and interview,and gives analysis to the problems through the information data of business department,production department,and warehousing and logistics department,which corresponds as lacking twice checking,lacking real-time control,and the deviation data and processing efficiency needs to be improved in RFID internal supply chain management of F Apparel Company.Secondly,with a goal of optimization of RFID internal supply chain management efficiency and puts forward the improvement ideas and principles for the problems in business,manufacture,warehousing and logistics information data,gives out corresponding solutions accordingly.With establishment of the material unique coding system and double cross examination mechanism for business information data;With using RFID tracking tag in main cutting panel and synchronous visualization mechanism of production and business record,and adding RFID scanning system of production remain materials for manufacture information data;With solutions for warehousing and logistics information data as adding label printing count verification registration system to inbound group;adding repair data scan registration system to inspection group;adding sorting basket section pre-scanning mechanism to pick and pack group;increasing human interference operation mechanism to outbound group;training primary system staffs to solve the minor system problems of entire warehousing and logistic department.Finally,with explanation of the exact implementation procedures of RFID supply chain management process plan of F Apparel Company as well as obstacles and safeguard measures of implementation.Based on the RFID internal supply chain system of F Apparel Company as a research sample,and analysis existing problems in RFID supply chain management system of apparel enterprise.And put forward the specific solutions and safeguard measures in order to reduce the data error rate,improve the efficiency of supply chain operation.It is hoped that the research work of this thesis will be helpful for most apparel enterprises or those who has the related similar RFID supply chain management system.
