With the fast development of network and information technology,industrial production has been gradually effected by the information production. In the industrial 4.0 and intelligent factory tide, the performance evaluation of the controller has become a general trend. In the actual scene, no matter what kind of advanced control system, the control process should be based on closed-single-loop. Single-loop automatic control service factor and automatic system control effect both are the factor to improve production capacity and reduce the fundamental labor. The purpose of the control loop performance evaluation is to assist the workers in maintaining the controller with good performance and related equipment, which can get the best capacity. The multi-index comprehensive evaluation proposed in this paper can help the site workers to locate the problem directly and quickly to solve the problem,reduce the loss and increase the production capacity in order to achieve safe and stable production. And the control performance evaluation software, running stable a chemical plant in Hubei Province. The paper mainly includes the following aspects:1. Using the subspace identification method to get the overall model of the closed-Single-loop control system, and the process object model.Through the transformation between the spatial model and the transfer function, the transfer function of the Closed-Loop process is obtained.After the model is obtained, the relevant performance index of the closed loop can be calculated according to the indexes in the automatic control theory.2. Thesis presents a lot of evaluation indicators, which can be a comprehensive evaluation of closed-loop control performance. These indicators are aimed at not only the controller, but also can reverse the industrial and equipment problems. The results of their own indicators,with intuitive readability, combined with a lot of indicators integrated,more instructive.3. Developed performance evaluation software, through the OPC protocol to collect industrial field data, making the number of convenience, and in the industrial field to use the test, stable operation.The calculation of data and more indicators of the results, the maintenance work has a guiding role.
