Design And Implementation Of National Land Right Confirmation Information Collection System Based On Java Web

Confirmation and certification of rural land right is the fundamental prerequisite to optimize land use, the fundamental mechanism to protect the interests of the land rights, and the fundamental direction to deepen system reform of rural land. Confirmation and certification of rural land contractual management right is an important task of deepening the reform of rural land system, an important foundation work related to the long-term development of rural areas and the vital interests of hundreds of millions of peasants. With the pilot work relating to confirmation and certification of rural land right continues to expand, the requirements for timeliness of information collection continue to strengthen. In order to improve the informatization level of submitting confirmation of rural land right, to strengthen and improve the statistical work of confirmation of rural land right information, this paper constructs the national land right confirmation information collection system based on Java Web,grasps the dynamic state of the land right confirmation information,provides more scientific decision basis for the national land right confirmation and certification, and refines statistic work. The information collection system adopts Java language programming,SSM(Spring +Spring MVC + MyBatis) framework to achieve, the main works and innovations of the paper are as follows:1. This paper analyzes the current situation of the national and foreign report system, and analyzes the requirements of the national land right confirmation information collection system in detail. The relevant functional modules are determined, and the national land right information collection system is designed, and the B / S architecture is used to carry out.2. Because this report form system needs a wide range of data to count, and the data items are quite complex, the system selects SQL SERVER 2005 to be the database, designs the database forms, and realizes dynamic storage of data. It mainly includes 20 tables such as user table, region table, task table,task object table, template record table, authority table and record item table.3. In order to improve the informatization level of submitting the land right confirmation, to grasp the dynamic information of the land right confirmation, the system has designed five levels of users at the ministerial, provincial, municipal, county and the role of administrator. It can realize the dynamic management of different roles, dynamic assignment of tasks, real-time collection of basic data, hierarchical aggregation, comparison and display of data. It mainly includes role management module, rights management module, user management module, region management module, task management modules, report submission module and data comparison module, etc, to provide more convenient and extensive statistical analysis for all levels of administrators.4. In order to improve the analysis of data utilization, displays statistical data and data trends more intuitively, the system has designed the chart demonstration function, analyzed and presented data using progress statistic maps, pie charts, and line charts.In addition, in order to improve office efficiency, to facilitate system users to communicate online, the system integrates administrative office functions, including announcement management,message management and message sending.
