In the modern society, the call center has become a key factor in the business competition. In the increasingly competitive situation, the marketing means of the enterprise begin to diversify. In any case,enterprises must be customer-centric, in order to maximize customer service quality, promote enterprise product marketing, enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. In many marketing methods, telephone sales has become the main way of enterprise marketing.With the continuous development of multimedia call center, combined with the perfect function of the CRM system, telephone sales system not only help enterprises to achieve efficient internal management, but promoting the business of high-quality completion of the task, greatly enhance the customer experience and the competitiveness of enterprises.This paper introduces the relevant technology involved in the development of the whole telephone sales system.According to the requirement of customers, the telephone sales system is divided into two sub-systems, namely telephone sales subsystem and comprehensive management subsystem, detail requirements analysis are performed. According to the result of demand analysis, the telephone sales system is designed in detail, and the total architecture of the telephone sales system and the business system are designed. Then the main modules of the system are respectively designed in front and back, and the corresponding results are presented. The customer data of the telephone sales system comes from the master station system. The system uses Kafka to import the customer data, the application and design realization of it as message system in the call center system is expounded in detail.After the design and implementation of the system, a detailed test procedure is given for the outbound call marketing module, the customer management and the agent management module of the system, and the function and robustness of the software are ensured by the system test.Finally, the author summarizes the work of the whole research, and puts forward the content and prospect of the next step of the work.
