With the rapid development of computer and digital image technology,ultrasonic imaging equipment is widely used in medical systems,and the quality of its imaging directly affect the doctor's diagnosis and patient's safety.However,the quality of ultrasound images is usually operated and analyzed by the trained professionals in a way that not only need costly human resources and training costs.Therefore,it is an essential problem that how to detect whether the ultrasound imaging equipment meet the application requirement.Theultrasonic contrast phantom with its two-dimensional images and the three-dimensional reconstruction of the target in phantom were studied in this paper,and the main work includes:1.An ultrasound contrast mimicking phantom,which can meet the acoustic parameters of human body and can reflect the contrast of different layers,is first prepared.The gray scale contrasts of the target image corresponding to the contrast phantom including different scattering particles are estimated quantitatively.In addition,a contrast image segmentation algorithm based on SVM is proposed.In which that the background image and the target image of the contrast module are segmented using the support vector machine through combining with the salient features and entropy featuresof the contrast image.The experimental results verifiedthat this method is feasible and effective.2.A 3D reconstruction of complex ultrasonic phantom software based on C-scan data was developed.According to the physical characteristics of ultrasound,sampling rate,scanning interval and other information,the C scan data of the complex phantom was applied to one-dimensional signal filtering,binarization imaging,and three-dimensional reconstruction of the target.And the length and volume of the reconstructed target are computed in this software.The experimental results show that the software can effectively implement the measurement of complex ultrasonic phantoms.
