In accordance with the national government civil service housing construction plan, Beijing plans to build a large number of affordable housing to solve civil servants housing problems, of which the project is planned to develop land for the construction of 97.23 hectares, residential area of about 2.04 million square meters, residential total number of 18544. People have to consider the problem on housing decoration design after buying the houses, with the pace of economic development faster and faster, and now we are all into a fast-paced busy life, and we just know little about the housing decoration. They need to understand the decoration of the affairs through a variety of ways, while the hardcover design provided by the real estate developers is lacking of individuality,and it is difficult to meet the needs of the customers. Therefore, there is the need for a predetermined system on the housing renovation program to be displayed with detail, while customers can choose specific solutions of the renovation program according to their own preferences and ultimately complete the personalized housing decoration design, which is the main content of the paper to study.The paper designs and implements the housing decoration reservation system, which combines the traditional home improvement service with the Internet and provides the one-stop service of home decoration booking service for home improvement customers through modern information technology so that home improvement customers no longer need to search for housing and decoration information and they do not need to worry about the issues on information transparency of decoration industry. In addition, this designed system provides home improvement customers with more convenient, higher quality, and more cost-effective decoration services solutions.Firstly, the paper introduces the development trend of the traditional home improvement industry and the present situation and importance of the informatization in the decoration industry, and then puts forward the realization of the housing decoration reservation system. Then, the key technology needed to realize the system is studied, and then the goal of the software design and the functions to be realized are determined by analyzing the demand analysis of the house decoration reservation system.Then, the software design pattern based on the MVC architecture is expounded into the method of design. At the same time, the whole process of realizing the system by using Spring, SpringMVC and Mybatis(SSM) integrated framework technology in the system realization stage is introduced in detail. Finally, the system is tested from the following three aspects: test overview, test environment and test case. Ultimately, the solutions to improvement of test results are put forward after analyzing test results.
