With the rapid development of China's high-speed railway,the existing high-speed railway mobile communication technology has been completely unable to meet the increasing demand of business.The four-generation communication technology based on TD-LTE with its high bandwidth,wide coverage,low power consumption and the advantages of large capacity,can realize seamless access to high-speed railway,and it can improve the user experience very well.This dissertation is supported by the national science and technology project,the main research is Multiple Input Multiple Output(MIMO)channel model under the environment of high speed railway.Research based on the Geometry-based Statistical Method methods and Ray Tracing Technique modeling Method,through the measurements of MIMO channel model is put forward,and the correctness of the model is verified by simulation.This model is through measurements of open,mountains,viaduct,urban scenarios and obtained the large scale and small scale parameter distribution,such as Angle of Arrival(AoA),Angle of Departure(AoD),Delay Spread(DS),Doppler Frequency Shift(DFS),K factor,etc.Then through to research the international general standard channel models(such as WINNER,SCME ?),we using the international standard modeling method,combined with our country special high-speed scenario,setting up the channel model that suitable for high speed railway environment.Simulation of Doppler spectrum to analysis the Doppler frequency offset impact on the reception power.Time domain decline simulation analysis of the decline of the wireless signal is affected by the channel time-varying characteristics present Rician Fading characteristics.The simulation analysis of the channel capacity of MIMO technology introduces the quality of high speed railway wireless channel throughput increase.The simulation of the bit error rate analysis the high-speed channel's effects on signal quality.
