| Many kinds of data services emerged along with the development of the Wireless Network technology.Among them,the Over The Top(OTT)service is a kind of unique service for that the content of OTT service is transmitted by IP network,which means that the network operators could not acquire the content of the service.This feature of OTT service bought some challenge to wireless network resource scheduling and management.And among the OTT services,large data volume download service bought much pressure to scheduling the already scarce wireless network resource.In order to relive the pressure,this paper designed a scheduling structure for large data volume download service based on the present wireless network resource scheduling and management technology and the research projects in the research group.The main contributions and the conclusion of this paper are:Firstly,this paper sets the model for the large data volume download services by studying and analysing the features of the service and compare them to the existing service models and combine the features of the large data volume service with the model of the similar existing model.Secondly,this paper constructs the wireless network resource scheduling and management architecture for the large data volume download services.The function structure is constructed by analysing the need and the process of the wireless network resource management.After that,I explore the feasibility of the structure by studying and researching the existing wireless network resource management system in the LTE/LTE-A network.System designs were given in the following sections and the theoretical analysis proved the system could relieve the pressure of wireless network resources and increase the capacity of the network.Finally,in order to schedule the wireless network resource in a smaller granularity,I design a scheduling algorithm based on the Proportional Fair algorithm.Then I simulate the performance of the algorithm using the simulation platform I developed.The result shows that,to a certain degree,by considering both resources scheduling and admission control,the algorithm could solve the challenge that the large data volume download services brought to the network. |
