With the pace of modernization and people's pace of life continues to accelerate,makes the incidence of the disease upgrade,chronic and sudden death are frequent,and also makes people pay more attention on their healthy.Thus,wireless medical body area network technology has aroused great concern in the international and domestic communications industry and academia.However,With the increase of the number of wireless medical body area network users,Inter-network interference and communication quality problems highlighted,especially in China that the population is large and the population density is high.Body Area Network Gateway interference is particularly important,worthy of further study.Firstly,development status and communication mechanism for wireless body area network is conducted in-depth analysis and research.Based on the introduction of the global medical band division,combining Chinese bands usage,two important wireless body area network protocol,IEEE802.15.6 and IEEE802.15.4n,is raised,details of the super-frame structure,the frame structure as well as the communication mechanism of the two protocolsis described,And the lack of existing mechanisms in resolving inter-network interference problems in a similar scene wards,rehabilitation centers and so on,when the number of users is in an increase is analyzed and discussed.To solve the above problem,in this paper,combining the principle of time-frequency coding,a logical channel division and selection mechanism based on time-frequency code is proposed,By the conversion of the transmission signal in the frequency domain in accordance with the established rules,to obtain frequency diversity gain.Simulation results show that this method can effectively avoid inter-network interference,reduce packet loss rate,and improve the throughput,especially when the two user is in the close proximity and the interference is serious.Taking into account the imitations of the physical layer interconnection interference avoidance mechanisms on the time when a further increase in the number of users,an inter-network interference avoidance mechanism based on nested-complex-superframe structure for wireless body area network is designed.First,the nested-complex-superframe is designed,and the related frame structure is improved.Second,the communication mechanism for this structure is proposed in the form of communication process.Simulation results show that this method can effectively avoid inter-network interference,reduce packet loss rate,and improve the throughput.
